Permanently delete your Kaso account and the personal information linked to it. The website and the Kaso mobile apps share one account, so this covers both.

What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of this from our database:
Your sign-in and profile — email address, display name, phone number, avatar, and your subscription record
Your saved baskets and shopping lists, and every item in them
Your price reminders and the notification history behind them
Your recorded savings history
Your swipe history, daily swipe counts, and the product affinity scores built from them
Your store, dietary, app, and notification preferences, including the push notification tokens for your devices
Any feedback you sent us from inside the app
This list mirrors exactly what our deletion routine removes. Once it runs the data is gone for good — support cannot bring it back.
What we keep, and why
Afterwards we keep only what the law requires:
Billing and tax records. Invoices and receipts held by our payment processors — Stripe on the web, Apple or Google for in-app purchases — are kept for as long as Canadian and Quebec tax law requires. We never store card numbers.
Technical server logs needed to keep the service running. They may hold an internal account identifier, never your name, email address, or shopping data.
Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that can no longer be traced back to you or to any device.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active Premium subscription. Cancel it first — in the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed in the mobile app, or from Settings → Subscription if you subscribed on the web — otherwise it keeps renewing.
How long it takes
