Premium subscriptions are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to:
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change affects their subscription.
The App, including its design, features, Value Score algorithm, and content created by us, is owned by PJ Insights and protected by intellectual property laws.
Product information, prices, and images displayed in the App are sourced from publicly available flyer data and remain the property of their respective retailers.

Price Accuracy Disclaimer
Prices displayed in the App are sourced from publicly available weekly flyer data. Actual in-store prices may vary. We strongly recommend verifying prices at the store before making purchasing decisions. We are not responsible for price discrepancies between the App and in-store prices.
Value Score Disclaimer
The Value Score is a proprietary algorithm designed to help you identify potential deals. It is provided for informational and guidance purposes only. The Value Score does not constitute financial advice, and we make no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of value assessments.
Product Availability Disclaimer
Product availability shown in the App is not guaranteed. Stock levels vary by store location and may change without notice. The App does not have real-time inventory data. Always check with your local store for current availability.
Geographic & Temporal Disclaimer
Deals and promotions are based on weekly flyer cycles specific to the Montreal metropolitan area. Prices may vary by store location. Flyer deals change weekly (typically Thursday) and are only valid for the promotional period indicated.
Retailer Relationship Notice
Kaso is an INDEPENDENT service. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any grocery retailer (Metro, Maxi, Super C, IGA, Loblaw, etc.). Product information and images are aggregated from publicly available flyer advertisements. Retailers may request content review at support@kaso.ca.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PJ INSIGHTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 CAD, whichever is greater.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We accept no liability for claims from retailers, brands, or manufacturers regarding the display of publicly available product or pricing information.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PJ Insights, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. This includes:
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
By You: You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@kaso.ca to attempt to resolve any disputes informally.
PIPEDA Compliance: We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
Quebec Consumer Protection Act: For users in Quebec, nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted to exclude, restrict, or modify the application of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or any rights you may have under it.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PJ Insights regarding the App.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
Updates to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the App or via email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
